Do not make drastic changes to Organization design of your BU. Make changes slowly, watch it how it goes and then make any further changes. Big drastic changes can bite you. Running businesses do not have room for failures, even if you are experimenting for organizations betterment, if you fail, you are out. This is not a college experiment, this is real business. So be conservative in making changes, make sure you know what you are doing. Bite only as much as you can chew.
